CMZ TC 35Y-1350 Turning / Milling Machine

This machine is the most powerful in its class with both Turning and Milling.

Turning diameter is 550mm/ Turning between centres of 1350mm (850mm dia with bespoke toolholder).

This machine comprises full live tooling including a Y-Axis.

The CMZ TC 35Y-1350 was designed for the heavy duty market in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Subsea, Cryogenics, Hydraulic, Pigging devices, etc.

We are machining materials from Nylon through to Inconel and Duplex.

The CMZ has not only increased capacity here at SMC but is also reducing cycle times by up to 30%.
